Workshops

Our workshops are designed to develop and enhance your personal practice and understanding of the Yoga realm.  We won’t take out your whole day! Our workshops are succinct understanding you are busy yet still want to expand your knowledge.

Yoga Basic Workshop:

How frustrating is it when you join a gym wanting to join the group fitness Yoga classes only to find the room is full and while the instructor is very encouraging they just can’t give you the individual attention you need.

We totally understand!  The Yoga Basic workshops have been designed to take you through from ‘start up” through to class level in 3 fun workshops.   Also a great if you want to “get back to basics” and work on your alignment.  Classes are always limited to 6-8 people.

 

Go deeper…take your practice to the next level:

Even the most committed of yogis need some help to take their practice to the next level.  Lotus Studio offers a number of private or small group “mini-workshops” that will empower you to take your practice deeper:

  • Asana Alignment focus
  • Pranayama and meditation
  • Inversions

Workshops are typically 2 hours in duration. Minimum numbers may apply.

 

Yoga Styles Workshop:

Have you wondered what Astanga Vinyasa, Oki-Do or even Hot (Bikram) Yoga is all about?

Lotus Studio Yoga invites you to heighten your Yoga senses and join our Yoga Styles workshop a six-week journey into the depths of the Yoga world.  You will meet a different specialist instructor each week so if you love the class you can go back for more!

Your journey will include five diverse Yoga Styles plus a led meditation class to conclude our pilgrimage.  Of course there are many more styles to try, but why not embark on your Yoga styles journey with this great assortment first?
